“Nouveau” - realized

There is always something exciting about things that are new, and a new home is no different. Because a home often plays a highly functional and emotional part in peoples lives, the expectations and feelings of creating a new home can be euphoric. The word "create" so appropriately describes new construction, the idea of starting with nothing and finishing with a home that expresses a personality unique to an individual, family or business. Creating and building is shaped through conversations with an architect or designer, looking at products with suppliers and retailers, figuring out solutions with trades, engineers and energy advisors, replicating elements of other homes, and talking to friends, all of which influence the end product - your build. The build, be it home or business, where you will live or work, is a reflection of your identity and requirements. In the end, all the contributing inputs should be the culmination of your “create”, and represent your image and needs.
